TVTC is a government organization seeking to:

| • | Development of technical and professional training programs, submitting and licensing them according to quantitative and qualitative demand of the labor market for both males and females. TVTC also enacts regulations related to training programs quality, efficiency and supervision. |
| • | Community awareness of the importance of technical and vocational training, and assist training for qualified males and females. |
| • | Do the research and the necessary projects; to follow up on technical developments, and global trends in the field of technical and vocational training. |
| • | Participation in national programs that adopt technology transfer, resettlement, provision of support, assist the private sector to direct its investment in the field of technical and vocational training. |
