The Doroob program is a major national initiative sponsored by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). Its main purpose is to assist employers, employees and jobseekers in meeting the demands of the Saudi labor market. Doroob also consists of high standard training courses that correspond to the overall demands of the job market. To improve basic skills, the courses include interpersonal training, English language skills and computer skills. CIT, KET and PET are selected as assessment for English language skills and computer skills programs. In 2015, it is planned that more than 2000 candidates will go through CIT exams.
